This demo is FUCKING BRILLIANT. The foundation of many many demos to follow.

In my opinion, not as good as SuperTV and X14, but indeed a damn fine demo.

Much more conventional compared to the more characteristic orange style. Nice track by dune of course and I like some of the rendering quirks and the colors, but other than that this does nothing for me.

Good music with a nice blur technique which looks amazing on the CRT monitors. Althou the pixels are quite lousy (especially those tasteless text parts...).

Always loved the jitter scaling -- presumably for performance reasons / to mask low-res effects, but it becomes a strong aesthetic in its own right

REALLY NICE! Can see why all the folks in diskmags kept on praising this demo in early '95, the way that the effects were dithered so that if you squint your eyes (or I guess have a blury enough CRT/projector :) shocked me a bit how good it looked, for some reason I thought why '95 demos didn't have the blending that demos by like '97 had in droves was because of processing power, but I think it's just because of how limited the graphics cards were, good job Hoplite for getting around that! Also the music by Dune is better than the beta version of Onward Ride made by ""Reward"" in Semtex City.
