Perfectly executed, reminded me of The ballet dancer, surpasses it.
Makes me think of a cancer tumor or galactic scale acne. When it bursts and shoots out that nuclear flame along with blood/phlegm it is strangely satisfying! What doctor? No.. not the straightjacket again I promise I will be good.
Disgusting. And by that I mean that I only hear the "boom" sound effects about 2 minutes in, but no music. Firefox on Windows. Same issue as on Luna, so probaby a regression in Cables?
It's an awesome proof of concept, but not much of a demo. Hopefully we'll get a a whole flushed out demo of this eventually.

organic flesh in realtime 3D is the hardest thing to pull off as convincingly as this, If Blizzard ever make Starcraft 3 this is what the zerg structures and units should look like. it makes me wanna throw up, I love it!

One of my favorite demos.
Brilliant piece of video art. Has quite the visceral effect. Not quite sure how to rate it though, especially compared to anything else. But I do have more respect for dermatologists. :)

"Visceral" describes it best, and the wait for a Ballet Dancer successor was definitely worth it. :)

Gotta be honest. This is really fucking annoying. I mean, sure, it provokes a person viscerally and might go great in a Quake game, but as a standalone demo, boy, realllly fucking annoying.
