My favorite from the compo. We need more realistic audio design in demos

Nice use of sound effects instead of music for the demo effects, but did that Titanic homage have to be there?

interesting twist with only sound effects and no music
I'm a sucker for demos with sound fx in place of music, so an easy thumb up on this one.

Not-so-serious production values for sure, but as an idea and concept this is pretty neat.

decent, not enough noise and politics though.

My fav part is the metaballs scene which uses random impact sounds through delta-de-crackle fx, which makes everything sound like wet slime. I’ve though about using the technique multiple times, but didn’t really expect it to happen in demoscene context for the first time.

Usually demos use music to drown out the noise of the effects, but here they're left to their own devices, naked in their brutal sonic honesty. A raw, visceral demo experience reminding us that beyond the familiar comfort of our smartphones and their constant barrage of muzak, we don't have to fear the void of crushing silence but might instead find the beauty of reality's own soothing soundscape.
