But I suppose it a cover of some other song by Mad Max, and then ripped from some game by the Pendragons.

I think they should, specially at Electronic Arts.
I have bought some original from them (random i.e.: NFSU2) and have to play with warezed versions because originals crash
that situation really sucks as I only install original software for a while now
