most gamers are so spoiled/jaded that they need a lot of pyrotechnics to be impressed... that justifies the success of supposedly realistic (lol!) games like Call of Duty 4, which is a very well made game but also a propaganda tool that celebrates the US military imperialism over the world and ridicules eastern and middle eastern countries... and where's the primal joy of watching a 'simple' 2d drawing or being told a fantasy tale that doesn't involve any elve nor orc ? quite sad actually :/
