Saga Musix : animal porn isn't porn if all involved parties are not human.

My daughter actually enjoys everything going on on the TV/computer screen, so yes, that includes demos. :)

You really don't have anything else to do during the day than to wait for me to post something and then just jump on it with hateful bile, eh? By all means, do continue, but it's growing old really fast.

Hi there !

My child is looking demos since it was 2 years old. He normally ask for them after dinner, when I start "playing with the computer" and sees me in front the laptop. If you play some sound, like demo music, you have drunk oil. Now he is 3.5 years old and hits intro to start the intros :): "hey ! press the big key !"

Obviusly he doesn't know they are demos. For him are little cartoons with little characteristics that make him name them like this:

· "Robot that Push You" -> Micropolis
· "Big Train" -> Debris
· "Robot Tobogan" -> Fair Play to the Queen (thx. Stage7)
· "Stairs" -> Atrium. In fact, when he sees my screensaver thinks that Atrium is running.

and so on ..

The good think is that when he was even more younger, some teachers told us that may be he had a symptoms of attetition deficit (sorry for my broken english), because he didn't stay quiet when teacher in classroom spelt a fairy tale reading a book. My child wake up and do other thing, ignoring the teacher. The question is: don't read him books of princess and dragons, put him watching demos.

Haha! What a situation. "Attention problem you saying uh? Weird, at home he gets abducted when watching demos... what are those fairly tales about again?"

Aeko: bah, teachers don't know reading tales with glow these days. I think your kid is loving cubes. "Once upon a time there was a six faced prince who was too proud of this twelve edges to notice nobody actually loved him. One day, while playing in the huge ivory 'tobogan', something glowed in the sky and..." should do it with him?

iq - According to Machiavelli, princes should be feared, not loved :D

:D

In fact I get upset of watching demos before him. Take in mind that Debris is long, and sometimes I let him alone in front of computer.

Someday I'll upload a video of him watching Atrium, and how he is commenting the scenes and effects. It's really funny. For instance, for him the red ribbon isn't a ribbon, is other red tobogan:

"But what do I have to do to get correct reflections?" - asked the prince.
The king's expression became solemn.
"It is not a simple task, young boy. First, you have to go over the rainbow, over the seas, and raymarch through the land of Implicit Surfaces. Once you passed the Near Planes, you will encounter the Dragons of the South - beware his High Dynamic Range, as it became the doom of many brave warriors who dared to cross his ways! Arm yourself with shaders, and your best vertices, as it is a task no code has managed before!"
[...]

something like that, anyway.

My young cousins really love our NES stuff, probably because they remember me babysitting them and playing NES games with them :)

His favourite is since its release:
"Aliens Ate My Demomaker" - breakpoint 2005 invitation by mfx & Kewlers

Back in the days i runned it on my laptop, which was standing on the cookingplace...and he turned on the heat while watching it.

resulted in a burned laptop bottom...buit it still works.

Ehm... Excuse me, but can you let him see some oldskool amiga demos like "Enigma" of Phenomena... Or PC Demos like "Second Reality" of Future Crew? Or also, Crystal Dream II of Triton?

I know it's an idiot recommendation because those demos are legendary, but I wanna really know what your little boy react about these great demos that have also remembered my children days...
