the building i posted is a shortwave radio transmitter, in the town of Radio Kootwijk. Yes, the town really is called that. I assume the Leipzig one is also used to beam things places, just different? :-)

Pretty much... ;) - the "Völki" in Leipzig is at face value a "war memorial" but underneath admittedly
a masonic altar including a Lodge.
I recognised the hermetic details ( especially the reflection water pond ).
A lot of 1920s Art Deco buildings show modern masonic artwork and design.
Just like the "Masters Building" in NYC
