nice, in 20 years your engine will be able to draw a bitmap!!
I think he should enlist the services of Mr. Herman Samso, a man recognised for his sheer volume of productions and dedication to the demoscene.

putPixel(x, y, color) should be enough for everyone. Drawing rectangles is way too modern imho.

Update: I added 2 more colours to the putPixel command!
Next alpha RC 3 i will add probably another color!
why does everyone think its in basic?
What, you're using C?

Typical from FreeBASIC.

haha, you got me... but i got to be honest, the engine was not built in FreeBasic...
I think the little that you got for that intro looked good to me. At least you try and that's great! If noone here on Pouet would try at least 1000 times before making a successful compile of something, they would end up empty handed. Again, great job! Hoping to see more, though.
At least 1000 times? You know that sometimes things work on the first time if you know what you're doing...

yeah try that., make a demo with just one compile
all i say is that this kind of stuff is what the scene needs.. people who want to do this kind of stuff
to contribute in a totally different matter than the 40 year old virgins bragging about a c64 demo they made back in the 80's in assembler forced by their russian fathers to give their family some respect.. so please go derp somewhere else
wtf, russian fathers forcing their kids to code commodore demos for family respect?

you, sir, are very twisted.

yeah, wtf. In Russia it'd be Spectrum demos.

xernobyl: for making a demo it's harder to make it look good than to make the code work.
10 times compiling and debugging to make it work good.
9990 times compiling and tweaking to make it look good.

You mean you don't use XML for configuration!??!

If you mean compilng shaders I can accept some 50 times at most. More than that you just simply have no idea on what you're doing :D

Your hilarious, man!
i has holodeck-engine 0.0112 ;)
does nothing but is going to blow your rotten soxx off !
next implementation: connectivity to pc via code in "insert slowest language here" !
stay tuned !
( also dont forget to support the non-produkKt via buying solo2-demos paypal-wise :P )

i guess i summed it up very completely here ;)
Just because everyone is being a retard about it im not going to update this thread with news, nor the site. I got a new domain for it where I will update it, but wont give it out, soz.
trc_wm, why would *anyone* willingly use XML in demos? i mean, XML being explicitly designed to make programmers hate life and all?
