c64 Eaglesoft Inc. Font?
category: general [glöplog]
Anyone know which font ESI used in their main cracktro (the one with the eagle holding a floppy with its beak)?
A name, place to download, anything? even a VERY similar font would work...
TIA

intros.c64.org
or more specifically:
http://intros.c64.org/inc_download.php?iid=368
It should be obvious that this is not a TTY or Fixed with windows font, that can be "just" downloaded from somewhere.
Also the font is displayed in X-stretched sprites, meaning that the every pixel is doubled horizontally on the display, while the font in memory has normal proporties.
I could rip for you the font from the intro, but on windows it would be useless data. how about a screenshot with all the characters? (but they will be not as wide.. se above)

I'd suggest freakyfonts.de, which isn't neccesarily windows specific.
I seriously doubt by-tor or mitch remember what was used (:

I guess I was hoping that someone had already made a bitmap with the character set. I have found the fonts used by others, (triad, dynamic duo) just no ESI.
Thanks for the help tho, I think I have found one that works sufficiently.

Now check out the Classic ESI Cracktro remake I just added. Not perfect, but worthy of a few minues of nostalgia...
