thats what gargaj thinks. we dont even have a botnet. but our site got spammed too, maybe it followed the urls posted on the frontpage at the time, seems likely since my site (data airlines) got spammed too and it was linked on the frontpage of rzr. but anyway, gargaj probably prefer the version where we have a botnet and spam his site.
and frankly its quite fun, adds to the "kings of scenedrama"
my guess is that there was no botnet at all but lots of different IPs coming from a facebook-frenzy due to rez spamming there ^^

Smash : Popularity gained 20% on 2 Razor 1911 prods (64k) in a matter of days. The logs clearly showed fake hits (all the hits came from TOR exit points), trying to simulate hits from google. Bad luck, they forgot a carriage return in the url. It was obviously well crafted not to be detected, typo aside.
Also, it already happened in the past with another Razor prod.
