That's hidden to me. The mail he used for entering TRSAC releases doesn't seem to be active anymore.

Hahahahah @ track #8 :D

What frame of mind produces a shameless rip of like that track? That's just skipping the first 20 seonds of heaven an hell plus some crappy al-jourgensen-mid-90ties-wannabe-vocals. Most impressive.

Oh, it wasn't mentioned yet, but #07 (Cosmopolitan) is Teo - captain cosmos.
I find it funny that he doesn't even bother to change the song names, or at least not very much (captain cosmos => cosmopolitan, forever again => dark skies (forever again), etc...)
So, mr. Copycat aka Lexical was busy ripping off music again? :)

FYI he shamelessly ripped of the Kasparov Soundtrack ages ago and released it under his Siechtum-Moniker.

What a little wanker.

Ok, everything points in the same direction now. Does anyone has any contact details for Laxical, so I can at least try to sort it out without being too public?

There ain't much sorting out... Or do you think he'll take the release down?

Apart from that he has been asking for having his balls hung in public way too often now.

Puryx: as a first step, contact the site itself to get it taken down, and demand compensation for damages

Puryx: also, if you have the UPC, you can find out where it was distributed from (like TuneCore for example) and contact them directly.

Laxical.. I remember some talk that he ripped Hi-Lite's Amiga mod in 90's (?)

Gargaj: The problem is that it is on a lot of sites. I've written the first few already.

Puryx: you will need to find the aggregator. They can take it all down.
added on the 2013-02-19 12:28:28 by response response
Thanks guys - I've written a few different resellers in order to try to get me the ISRC code, which Gloom suggested.
Needless to say, that if any of you stumble upon the aggregator I'd be very happy to know :)

Puryx: I did post the code some minutes ago, but here it is again :)

response: yeah - I have no clue how to use that one - and Gloom suggested (on Skype) that I'd need a ISRC code.
Again: I'm completely n00b in this area, so all input and help is much appreciated :)

what a bitch. Good luck, Puryx!
Hard to believe, I cannot understand what this guy was thinking. Good luck for compensation.

Haha, again? :D
I actually produced two tracks for him, and got paid for it, for this album:
http://www.discogs.com/Schattenschlag-Twisted-Mind-Of-Perversion/release/572578

..but he stole a track OptimizE released at some party I can't remember:
http://www.myspace.com/optimizemusic/music/songs/she-electricity-20648457
.. and put it verbatim on this record:
http://www.discogs.com/Schattenschlag-Gef%C3%BChlskalt/release/551035 as a bonus track:
http://www.melodycenta.com/Schattenschlag/Gefuehlskalt-mp3/download-2494857
..which in turn fucked up the vinyl release of that track for OptimizE. I think their respective labels settled on a figure I can't remember in damages in the end.

We discovered this randomly when we visited barock and thuglife (both german tsl) later.
What a clown.
