It'll be like Ryanair, forgot to print your ticket, that'll be 60 euros please! (in irish accent).

Hoffman : Au contraire... As irish accents are not very efficient, you will simply be charged 30 euros for the beer you would have spent during the party and then shot.

The Norwegian delegation strongly approves of this policy.

The Dutch delegation is worried that the Rastermobiel's trunk won't be big enough for all the corpses this policy change may have as a result.

At least the hall will be quiet and clean. And we have a big waste container in the back of the hall.

And the first batch of events is now online, too. It will be loud and dirty - just the way you like it!

Wow, LUG00BER VS H0FFMAN! :D That´ll get insane!
And even more wow: TDK! \o/
While Men of Mega sounds (from reading about them) very interesting aswell!
We´ll have a fucking Blast once again! I can´t await Revision 2014! TimeWarp plx!
No timewarp please, I need more time to finish the demo.
Also, I haven't packed yet.

hardy, take it easy, if you call this a blast, you'll probably be obliterated before the show starts when we're finished doing announcements :)

;) Yep, true! But we all know how we´ll feel after the party (and in your case removing the party afterwards!) ...it´ll have been a blast for us all once again, no matter what!
Seminars sound very interesting once again aswell btw!
Seems i really have to stay (almost) sober for once, to finally not only look forward to but also witness all of this! ;)
All i still need is someone driving me back to cologne! ;) Else i´ll have to leave on Saturdays already, but i guess i just stay and take a train back, without paying it! If they remove me thanks to no ticket imma take the next train then! May take some days to get back, but who cares, i wont miss the rest of Saturday+Sunday+Monday, that´s for sure!
Maybe less writing on pouet and more coding on my prod helps, never made a podest on a BIG party so far, but one can always try to, i guess! ;)
Burst-Mode ON!
@numtek:
same here ofcoz! my timewarp should include the notDone_work to be done ofcoz! ;) FluxCompensator++
On the other hand the most-fun-part of it all would be warped away...the making of your prod! ;)
d0dge: I'm anaivalble right now but I sent the details to Havoc via fb

@hardy:could you also implement a slowing of the timespace-continuum during the warp? That could come in handy.

hArDy: That's right! You can try :D Let's see which one of us makes that podest. 8k will be one hell of a compo.

For sure! Atleast foresigns are good!
I can think of Bluflame now, obviously, Mercury with las not wanting to miss it, me laming around once again and hopefully all the usual suspects we know from the 4k-genre, additionaly the people should have had lots of unfinished 4ks left on harddisks, thanks to never having fitted them into 4k in the end! (simply putting some more effort into pimping whats there and adding more stuff until 8k are reached!)
I really hope this is how this compo will work out, it´s still just a first try on this category, so everything is possible, or not! ;)
I do advise the orgas (las, dfox, styx, whoever is responsible for the prize(s)(-money)) to rethink their compo-prizes once they see how good 8k is accepted in the first run ever! ;) (even if that means last minute inmidst of organizing all of it, being stressed, etc!)
(i am not after the graphics-cards in envelopes or the money in big boxes, i am about the actual amount of time spent on an 8k vs a 4k ;) the amount of extra-work/time should get rewarded! also i think 4k will have lesser entries than last years Rev-ed(i)t(s)ions!)
remember everyone: 4k-compos always had a 4-minutes limit, 8k has an 8-minutes-limit! So adding stuff to an almost-4k is absolutely doable! ;) especially as 4ks normally never exceeded the 4minutes-limit, 2:40 is normal, average should be like 1:50.
"We pushed it a bit further and shot a demo on board of a satellite into orbit, as you can witness in the wild compo."

wait, what?
