If someone finds a good picture of Dr. Mengele, you can post it here too, since his ideology is already posted in this thread,

Can someone tell me why adolf hitler knows kung fu?
and what the hell...scrolling back a little reveals a little turd called "ep"..hello? what next? will he recruit us to some dubious political ends?

Can someone please make us a Hugi fucktro soon?
hello! why are we acting surprised, we all know that ep is an idiot since his dubious article in hugi.

and this is the first time i laughed out loud at a comment from radman, nice going dude :) (i'm at work, so 'lauging-out-loud' (i refuse to use that ridiculous abriviation) is not the smartest thing to do)

and french IQ made this site ....

Yes, but probably an above-average French IQ :)

I've felt attracted by the demoscene because I had the impression that (most of) its members have IQs above the average. Reading pouet I sometimes wonder whether I was wrong, but then I remembered that the "loudest" people are not always representative for the majority.

fucked up right-wing conservative talk

Not long ago dipswitch accused EP of propagating "socialist realism". Now he calls him a "right-wing conservative". That's what I call flexible!

Oh, we probably have. But IQ is one thing, personality another. The president of the Mensa club in my home county (last time I checked) is a car mechanic. I know people who have very high IQs but nothing else to offer. I myself place higher than most, I still barely bother to pass exams and I shout out loud a lot.

I don't take any pride in being "intelligent" according to some stupid tests that are devised on ages old thinking. Did you know that some norwegian priest in the ninetieth century (it probably happened everywhere else too) produced a type of bread that was supposed to inhibit libido? IQ tests are founded in the same type of reasoning:

A reenforced belief that small things in the human organism and psychology actually matters towards the whole product itself.

Western medical schooling (my father is a super surgeon, I have grown up with many family friends being doctors and my mother is a vetrinary) teaches us that bodily (dys)functions have nearly isolated causes. We all know that this isn't the case. IQ rating is such an isolated factor that pan-americans just love to put emphasis on since it allows yet more quantifiable measuring of people. And that is efficient.

It doesn't mean that it's right, however.

the scene is just a mirror of the world around of it...
there are allways idiots who behave like kids and arrogant losers who train themself with different iq tests just to find the proof that they are more worth than others

AHA! You're looking for subjects that can take part in your eugenics program!
Like I've already said, I'm also of the opinion that a single value such as IQ is not sufficient to measure a person's value. Actually I don't like the notion of a person's value at all. Value means usefulness, but whether somebody is useful to you always depends on you (the user), too. Thus there's no objective value of a person - except that I believe that any human person has an intrinsic value, which means that they have a right to enjoy the universal human rights and the rights granted by their respective society.

A person's personality is determined by many different factors. Intellectual abilities are just one thing. It is probably an important factor, but it's not an end in itself. When I'm interested in some person (for whatever reasons), then it's due to his/her personality. Like you wrote, there are people who have a high IQ but nothing else to "offer" and thus are not really interesting for me, except if I need someone to solve a task that requires such a high IQ (but as I have a high IQ myself, this is unlikely to happen).

We are all different individuals and we are shaped by how we live our lives not by where we're born.

Fuck IQ! Praise BBQ!

At least we know now that "IQ" and "Clue" can exist totally independent from each other.

IQ is oldschool thinking. More recently we've had the theory of multiple intelligences, maybe thats outdated now too, i don't know.

But multiple intellegences basically means you have different kinds of intelligence, and perhaps different IQs for different things. I.e. you might be a maths genius, but completely unable to learn a language. Or maybe you can code amazing cube routines, yet completely fail to understand the point of the demoscene, hence proving that it is indeed possible to have intelligence but no clue.

Take a man, put him thru a test, present him an above average score, watch him become larger-than-life without having a sense of reality.

IQ doesnt measure anything - especially intelligence.
Having a high IQ doesnt grant you the right for anything.

Seriously, if you want to practice your superiority-complex, you might as well use Élő-scores.
