This "demo" isn't just bad, it's outright horrible and gives the whole demoscene a bad name. Just looking at it angers me far more than it should.
Why did Birdie upload this, and why is it still here?
I never thought this would actually be necessary, but maybe there should be some kind of ruleset?

In all seriousness, I've seen much worse. One of the beautiful things about the demoscene is its freedom of expression. If you don't like it, just don't watch it, easy as that :)

That said, the rules are decided by the orgas, each party has different sets of them. Apparently Birdie orgas were okay with that. So, if you're THAT offended, you should talk to them, we're just hosting the links to prods along with the comments :)
