Wanted: SN chiptuner for retro demo crew!

category: music [glöplog]

Hey,

We just started a new retro demo crew developing for the 8-bit BBC Micro. That might not mean much to those of you outside the UK but think of it like the C64 but with no sprites, no SID, less memory and more educational uses. :)

Anyway, we've been porting chiptunes from the Sega Master System as it shares the same SN76489 sound chip - see our first releases here: http://www.pouet.net/groups.php?which=12872 but would love it if there was a retro chiptune musician that fancied joining the collective.

Check out our website here: https://bitshifters.github.io/ Thank you :D

Greets from CRTC! I'll ask around the group and see if anyone can help out. :)

Thank Ruairi! crtc are a big influence on us - love the work Puppeh has been doing to (almost single-handedly?!) keep the BBC demoscene alive. We wanted to make our first bitshifters release at Sundown this year but we didn't get finished in time and ended up with family commitments that weekend (stupid RL :).
