Demobit would like to host all creatives who produce motion visuals on PC Windows platform.
Demoscene is not only about the coders who create just their own engines, but we invite all artists who use 3rd party software on produced executable real-time animation (games making tools).

We support people who work with UNITY, Unreal Engine, or the other tools, and produce motion graphics in real-time. The only condition is, they must be standalone executables without any additional installations required.
And those who create online content are very welcomed as well since we support demos for browsers too.

The deadlines are still not on the website schedule.

First of all, sleep at the party area will be allowed as on the other parties. If you look for more "comfort" of sleep room, details should be provided by the tomorrow. We look for room with reasonable space at the first floor and we will definitely have one, just can't post you pictures atm. But surely it will be plain room without additional support. Showers on the same floor. But I can't promise 100% shielding on windows.

Indeed, thanks for the observation. The general rule on Demobit is 4 hours before the competition. As a member of the compo team I can guarantee this information, but nonetheless it will be added to the site momentarily. If someone could use some more time (read: you want to pester us because you clearly missed the deadline) please find a member of the compo team, but don't take this for granted, also we have the right to reject the request, if we are super busy or something clearly goes FUBAR, so please try to stick to the schedule, because this is our first demoparty after a very very long time and we can't foresee anything.

TL;DR: we will do our best to play and deliver everything but give us space to breathe and deliver your prod 4h before the compo

The music compo is at 6pm, party opens at noon, so that means people only have 2 hours to enter?

No basically they still have more or less 2 weeks to enter since remote submissions are up and running already at submit.demobit.party. 2 hrs to enter is for those who would like to hand them over personally.
