TURBOANALISIS needs help so bad I've even stopped using all caps.

We are assuming Revision 2022 is going to be in the real world again (although maybe in a limited way) and even though Revision doesn't know it yet themselves TURBOANALISIS is going to be the first IRL Revision DJ-Set in a long time.

2 Years ago we set the standard for Demoparty related DJ-sets during a pandemic and we together with the community have learned and grown a lot since then. with parties slowly starting to happen again we want to set a new standard for DJ and music acts during an IRL demoparty.

Shaderbattles were already growing in popularity but during the pandemic we've also seen a large increase in more low pressure and fun shaderjams. TURBOANALISIS believes that combining aspects of the scene should be a prerequisite for acts that do not so already and if they are not able to do or want so themselves they should add a shaderjam, each party that hosts Shaderbattles already have everything set up to make something like that work and it provides a lower point of entry for people that are interested in shaderbattles.

but why do we need help from the community?
there are 2 things we want to ask from you

1. Come up with ideas and improve
Are there any other ways to incorporate the scene in live acts? are there any interesting set-ups or starting points to give coders to make it different from a normal battle maybe prepare a ticker or bpm-tracker?

2. We want YOU! to make something for us.
If you're reading this and think to yourself; Hell yes, off course, to bad I can't code/don't have the time to code
We are looking for people that want to make AMV's/re-edits using their favorite demo's (we supply the music) and are planning to build a VJ database for us to use (and in the future for all demoparties to use) if you're interested please contact us using turboanalisisdemo@gmail.com

I would love to see a coding battle style environment, with one synced music feed (like using OpenRNDR as a framework for high-tech or a virtual console or emulator for lowtech), but with a twist. Using the bingo card approach such as https://www.twitch.tv/videos/639010952 . Each square has effects that you can make, etc.

Then again, I'm a coder, so this is probably most fun for coders :P

Bpm-tracker would be nice, but if it can detect the bars also that would be even better. The bar detection might be as simple as DJ tapping the beginning of the bar and the BPM tracker just assuming 4 beats per bar.

Lovebyte Battlegrounds had random themes ("keywords") chosen for every battle to limit overpreparation; that could work in shader showdowns. The audience was asked to take into account how the effect reflects the keyword. The keywords were drawn from a pool known to the contestants beforehand, and they got to know the keyword 15 min before the match.
