Cardboard does not understand the difference between a good file and a 404 that is wrongly sent as HTTP 200; to it, 200 OK is 200 OK and that's enough to mark the URL as good. You can check the Superglue page for the domain; it understood the old landing page but not the current one (I can add it if you wish, but it won't show up on Pouët, so it won't help you much).
I doubt anyone obsessively checks Superglue these days, since there's like a thousand broken prods that should be done through mass-fixing and has been for a couple of weeks.
