On the relevancy on bringing back the WorldCharts with a few extras

There have been some talk/project about the eventuality of bringing back Hoodlum's WorldCharts as a multiplatform charts/diskmag ~bi-monthly release.
Do you think it could be relevant or has the demoscene corpse rotted beyond that already ?

Personally, for me all the Scene Charts (Amiga, c64 and later PC) were cool to read and follow.
So YEP, WorldCharts by HLM would be cool to have back. Even if every quarter (sic!).
Especially knowing there are things, infos out there.
