Pilgrimage 2005 on its way!

Are you talking about The Gathering or Pilgrimage?
Heh, I am the BB Code master!
Nononon, you're the ASS master... err

yeah, sounded better when I heard the quote in my head.

If you're going to shorten it, you should at least still include the FUCK or it just loses all impact. To make it roll off the tongue easier, you could just go with EUFuckards...

We never did find a Fuddruckers in town did we?

troll: there's a fuddruckers down in Sandy near where I work. I've been there and can't say that I enjoyed it.... fake kitsch all over the walls, overpriced ordinary food and an "ambience" that is so BLARINGLY LOUD that I can't even hear the person across the table from me clearly.

Legalize: I know, it's a trax10 thing. There was one in walking distance that was well visited by many who attended, several times for some even. We joked that we could go to Fudds in SLC last year...

No Duh (:
Oh, and on the actually informational side of things.

I have taken on the official role of organizing the Fast Tracked compo to be held onsite. Rules yet to be determined and will be posted when finalized. But expect similiar to last years. It is now an official compo!

I am also in talks to take on the tracking and streamed music compos. Yes, seperate compos finally. Fire up dosbox and get to work!

can we submit when not attending? i would like to make some bluegrass :)

okkie: what people have done in the past is find someone who is physically attending to do the submitting for you

some parties do plain state they'll take care of the submitting for you as long as you email them a url to the prod or atleast a notification that you're planning to deliver something before the partyplace starts getting setup (like, contact us by email before thursday)
and all you gotta do is check your email when the deadline is due (before processing the prods to show them on bigscreen)

Only a little over a month left before the only NA party currently in existence. Are the last few months of quiet foreshadowing the downplay of this event? Or a sign of underground activity and perperation? hmm

Anyways, Official rules for music competitions soon to be posted, so keep an eye out. Remember, seperate Tracked and Streamed entries, so feel free to enter both! Get tracking!

Troll: If Okkie does a tune, as an organizer, could you enter it for him? (:
Usual rules apply, a representative from your group can enter it, if they are onsite to represent it. I don't have any affliations, and don't plan on obtaining any, sorry :)

The problem of TG is the early date. If it's already _a bit_ cold in Bingen at easter, it must be horrible up there in the north. And to be realisitc, they have a pretty silly currency.

(honestly, who would want to live in a mormon state where blowjobs arent permitted? scoring is hard enough!) easy, just invite random people interested in it and make it more serious for compensation.

Interested in what?
Pilgrimage 2005 music compo rules...

Since the party is drawing near, we feel it important to let the rule changes be known. Note that there are seperate tracked and streamed(mp3 etc.) entries. So feel free to enter both. As well as Fast Tracked being official.

Also note that although it is not listed. Fusecon has signed on to provide prizes in the form of mindcandy 2 vouchers as well! So get tracking...

For the basic rules please refer to: http://www.knobtweakers.net/pilgrimage/rules.html

I wanna 'mobile' compo ;_;

sadly there were only 2 mobile entries last year in the wild compo, both of them mine... I guess I'll have to make 4 this year, so that one of them can lose.

Gem: Because leaving your home, family, where you grew up isn't something everyone can do.

Because people have faith that no matter how fucked up shit gets, they can fix it.

Because when other countries have had fucked up shit, or are having fucked up shit, there aren't people leaving in droves.

It's not that everyone can just 'pick up and leave' - you have to give everything the fuck up for it, and you probably won't get it back. At least not the same as staying and fighting for it.

And don't anyone even suggest I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about here, or I'll fucking curb your ass so fucking fast you will wish you got beaten by ruthless cops on an illegal search.

Let's just don't even go there, ok? Let's just not fucking go there.

that's really a damn stupid question, sir.

"omfg, i'm in deep shit! ok i'll emigrate then!!"

also, i doubt anyone here would consider posting a link about a wonderful thing that happens in the usa. i mean it's not particularly like the usa is a hell hole or anything like that (hi, north korea).

I meant Utah not USA. There are quite a few odd things like this about that state.

It seems to me that the concept in USA is that every state can set up its own rules, and if you can't live with them, just vote with your feet and find a better state for you.

However, cases like this are absolutely outside the range that should be allowed for any state.
