i sent like .. 2 different versions of that interview back some years ago, yet it never got added (even tho i was/am a certified amiga musician =); tho like 100 of my tunes made it to amp already.

could it be that you have a very good spam protection going on there?

Hmmm. i didn't do as much amiga-trax as dalezy (i only did about 10 pieces), but at least two tracks were released in compos and intros, and so i was a CAM ("certified amiga musician"), too (even an infamous one, called "zounds") ;-)

And I sent you a correction-mail for your database about two weeks ago, with no reaction up to now.

Hope your flurries are not reduced to announcments ;-)

We _are_ spending a lot of time fixing a lot of things on AMP, especially on the download side, as well as assigning songs to authors. Maybe Crown got sidetracked in the process and has obviously overlooked some emails. For this, I apologise on his behalf. If it's possible, please, resend your comments by spelling "[amp]" in the subject. That generally gets his attention ;).
Again, I'm sorry that, at least, some remarks went unanswered. Still, a lot of them _were_ answered !. You're undoubtly among the unfortunate ones that saw their mail mistakenly trashed. The fact is that Crown does indeed recieve a hell of a lot of spam. He has become a little bit overconfident about this :).

Anyway, don't take it personnaly. And if you're so kind as to resubmit your remarks, that would be great.
Thanks for having answered, anyway.

With regards
Sylvain "Asle" Chipaux

No problem here. I just resent the mail. You guys do hell of a good job anyway. If my posting sounded too offensive I apologize.

Just phone Crown. So, regarding lost interviews, it's clearly a wrongly deleted email. Anyone like Dalezy, wold be more than welcome to resubmit them by specifying something like "[amp]" in the subject of the mail. Sorry about the setback. About the information not handled, as of yet, that were submitted in the last four/five weeks, it's still in the "todo" list, as almost all the efforts were put on testing several sides of the admin part. They'll be handled all right.
Also, Scythoior, I didn't find your answer offensive at all, really. Especially when remarks are well founded. We are doing all these "contacts" stuff in a friendly way. We can't do anything else than taking your comment as such. In the end, AMP benefits of these kind of goodwill.

Thanks for your replies.
Regards,
Sylvain "Asle" chipaux

my interview has seemed to vanish from the website?

aisle, i don't think that i still have one of both of the mails, because it's been some years now =)
gotta fill out a new form then; let's hope putting [amp] in the subject helps. =)

is it just me or did the interview get hijacked? :D (just checking back, i never write in uppercase, and i wasn't only in mawi when this one was done?)

who else could be contacted to fix that list of affils that are written on top of the page anyway? f.e., there's no such thing as 'triad c64' :D

Hello Dalezy,
huh, what went wrong ?. It's odd something got changed. What's point to interview ppl if it's to change what they say ?. Anyway, just tell me what should be changed, here or via email (asle at dascene . net)
If something was changed, I deeply apologize as it's not the policy at all.

Hope to read from you on this one.
Best regards,

From 1991 to 2000 I did approximately 200 tunes on my Amiga 500 but the only pieces I released were some 4channel compotunes since Mekka 98. Before 1998 I wasn't really aware of the demoscene and there were not many opportunities to spread the tunes. And after 2000 I did my 4channels with Fasttracker2 on PC.
Ever since I'm porting my old Amiga modules to PC (with DOs-2-Dos) but I'm quite lazy doing this. So there are many tunes left on the original Amiga discs ,and I hope they're not broken yet.
So ,one day when I'm done with porting and sorting (some of the older modules are real crap! =) ) ,I will
release all more or less good tunes (+- 150 tunes ,dunno) and answer the interview. (I think crown sent it to me 2 years ago ;op )
