I also seem to have two html files with diferrent sizes that total commander says they are identical (0 diferrences). Wtf? I am confused. HTML virus? Let me close Pouet and check more thoroughly cause I might be just stupid that overlooked something..

Now. It's some shitty diferrences when saved in wordpad notepad or wtf. In one of the htmls there are no spaces and boxes are appearing. I know I know. Why all the htmls were so shitty there?

check eol and newline characters. if it isn't 0D0A sequence (ie. just 0A) you'll see squares with notepad. ascii comparison will treat both the same, there's nothing wrong with that.
