among others, i vote for the fallingbostel-area to be polluted with people around easter again.
without out the ss-tattoo-showing security of course.

bump... is anyone serious about this?

obviously, it won't be in the UK, so i'm of bugger all use in terms of venue, but i'm happy to set up websites, mailing lists, anything to actually get this thing rolling.

Also, some BP orgas could do us all a favour by writing a nice handbook on setting up a HUGE party.. many people have done small parties, but it's not really the same. Small parties don't get sponsored or have food stalls for a start..

should atleast be near a main city airport where it is east from there on to hop on a train to the party destination.
Bingen worked good for that.
Cant remember how it was with fallingbostel. I hitched a ride with the nice guys from IRIS back in 2002.

TNEP (The New Easter Party)
You mean Thing In The Spring?
That one's better. Needless to say, I didn't give it much thought ;_)

Thing In The Spring was one of the candidate names for BP. why it wasn't chosen is left as an exercise to the reader :)

it'll be germany again... since this "news" is all over mailinglists/chat/etc now, and confirmed by usually rather reliable sources, why not make it (semi-)official now? would save some people a lot of work...

?) Partyplace as far away from dwellings as possible (in bingen it was about 100m)
?+1) Availability of enough power at the place or nearby (~300 kW)

I went everywhere for you
I even did my hair for you
I bought new underwear, they’re blue (pants off)
And I wore ‘em just the other day

demoscene, you know I’ll fight for you
I left on the porch light for you
Whether you are sweet or cruel
I’m gonna make a demo either way

demos, oh, demos, I gotta tell you how I feel about you
‘Cause I, oh, I can’t go a minute without your demos
Like a satellite, I’m in an orbit all the way around you
And I would fall out into the night
Can’t go a minute without your demos
I vote for Almelo - center of The Netherlands!
