- Oh yeah. I thought I could outwit her by saying if I am awake after 11pm I'll stay up and watch TV until after 1am so I don't get nightmares.
When I told her this, she looked at me sympathetically and said:
"If you miss all of the trains you'll wet the bed"

- Now that reminds me of something my mum used to tell me when I was a kid.
She used to tell me that there were dream trains. 3 of them:
The first train led to a place where all the good dreams were (flying, superpowers, beating up teachers and stuff).
The second train led to average dreams (shopping for shoes, digging for worms).
And the last train led to all the nightmares (werewolves, witches, mannequins etc).
Each train departed at 10pm, 11pm and 1am respectively so if I wanted good dreams I would have to be asleep by 10pm and if I stayed up later than 11pm I was in for nightmares! - isokadded on the 2004-05-06 05:09:20
