In my code there is just enough CPU to copy 32 attributes from a buffer to the attribute memory and swap between the main screen and the shadow screen.
This is the how the code looks. It is duplicated 56 times (with the correct values for src and dest). The pentagon version has two add hl, hl-instructions at the end to make the code run in 448 cycles.
