- A racist 256b cube? Do we deplore the sentiment, or admire the optimizing, or can we do both things at the same time ?!?

- demo Atari ST FNIL by TNT Crew
- I remember it back then, it was one of the first 1 Meg ST demos, back when most people had 512k, also for some lovely samples, which was the main reason for it being a one-megger in the first place ;-)

- demo Flash Alchemist 23k by Lume Crew [web]
- It's slightly less clunky in Safari, just about watchable. Would probably be reasonable on a higher-end Mac.
Agree with everyone else about the pre-calc bit. Almost needs a little intro or something running in the foreground to distract from the stale wait ;-)

- demo Atari ST Mindbomb by The Lost Boys
- This was at the height of the ST/Amiga rivalry period.
Amiga kiddies:- Nyaah! Your crappy ST's can't do Red Sector stuff!"
Us (Showing Mindbomb):- "Oh yes we can!"
I also remember it as the start of Maggie diskmag, as that was released at the same Atari show in London, as the Mindbomb was. All in all, a very productive time for the Lost Boys :-) - rulezadded on the 2007-02-01 15:19:28
