• let me explain the fucked up desktop...
  the special red/white color scheme is done via a tweaked gamma ramp, which in turn does affect the desktop in windowed mode.
  as in winxp (at least on my computer) it doesn't change anything in windowed mode, the whole demo runs black/white, maybe i will remove the windowed checkbox for the final version...
  ts: 1280 won't be implemented since all feedback routines rely on a max. resolution of 1024x768, sorry for that
