- yeah, i did almost the same (replaced direct IVT write to int0x21 call + fixups) and it worked fine on real DOS (with subtle sound differences, caused by LODSB with dangling SI?) then sent that fix to provod :D
also you can omit CLI and PUSHF/POPF in interrupt handler, since CPU stores flags onto stack and disables interrupts before entering ISR (so minus three another bytes ;) - isokadded on the 2018-10-09 16:33:00
