• as i told you already at evoke: i like this production, i would like to read the poem too, but i don't like the stylistic inconsequence. you shouldn't capitulate infront of over-critical people by putting up "funny" #scene.ger/#demo.ger catchphrases inbetween serious imagery. who cares if some people don't like your "serious" aesthetics - stand behind it! and don't try to build in "funny" things just to please the crowd.

• sire, knowing that kool savas is vegetarian and sticks to one girlfriend for xx years may give you a hint of what "mysogynist raping monster" he is... :P anyway, i have no problem defending savas and the whole first generation of west-berlin newschool rap, pulling the border between them and the likes of bushido, sido, massiv etc. i recommend you to watch the "gegen die kultur" dvd by royalbunker, it might change your hard attitude a bit and is an interesting document of a rap counter-culture which emancipated itself from the pseudo-intelligent all-funny washed up german hiphop of the mid 90s. and don't get me wrong, i'm all for emancipatory and progressive politics, but when it's about art, you have to view it more differentiated. the dadaists were amongst the progressive pro-socialist intelligentsia in the 1920s, yet they expressed their artistic goals through epatage and provocation. i'm far from pulling an equality sign between 1920s avantgarde and westberlin rap, but just think about it. nicht alles für bare münze nehmen.
