- Oops, never noticed that this comment was writen in French. Shame on me. Among other lameness is the fact I put a thumbup and that the comment itself is wrong. Except this that ok :)
So, it was saying:
"That's old, it works badly using emulators, but that's genuine. There is fullscreen, color palette change everywhere, vector balls, hardscroll, and sound chip music."
Now I need to update the comment: It works perfectly under both STEEM and SAINT =) - isokadded on the 2003-08-27 11:41:37
- demo Windows Dreamchild by Andromeda Software Development [web]
- One of my faves for Assembly'03.
At least it's a real scene demo, not a "story" demo (like Legomania and Ix).

- demo Windows Legomania by Doomsday
- I absolutely loved it, and for me it was by far the most creative of all presented things, excluding mopy prod.
Mopy's demo was not a demo, it was a real time movie. It was not a demo, it was a pure graphician work. Absolutely no effect, simply a fucking good real time movie, but I don't think this kind of thing should have entered a demo compo. Wild, animation, probably, but demo, no way. - rulezadded on the 2003-08-14 09:36:41
- demo Windows Childbone by NAA
- Not a bad demo.
I agree on the fact that there is a lack of general coherence between scenes, and that scenes themselve are quite full of emptyness, that's too bad because there are nice ideas :)
Love the dancers at the end. - isokadded on the 2003-06-16 21:33:35
- demo Amiga OCS/ECS 9 Fingers by Spaceballs [web]
- Technicaly it rocks, but I think that the SOTA is more powerfull. Hate these Kanji characters that seems to be here to only allow loading and unpacking.

- demo Atari ST Posh by Checkpoint [web]
- A very good demo indeed.
The fullscreen remake of the Chaos "Terminal Fuck Up" Falcon 030 screen is by itself a masterpiece !
Not that the remaining part of the demo are bad anyway, far from this, but well, I'm a nostalgic of tight accurate clock cycle counted sync coding :)))

- plek: Writing things like "you're the perfect example of the average french scener: arrogant and unable to communicate with foreigners in a decent manner." will not get you any friends in the french scener world.
Puting everybody in the same bag is not what I would call a very enlighted view of reality.
Back to the demo: Well, it works perfectly on my machine, the rendering is very nice, and the design reminds me of a SteamPunk version of the DreamCast game "Skies of Arcadia". A very nice one indeed, but it's not "party stuff". It's missing the typical "whaou effect". But well, we don't create demos for wining parties, right ?
So keep on doing this :) - rulezadded on the 2003-04-26 11:46:32
- 64k Windows Project Genesis by Conspiracy [web]
- Lacks some finishing touches, some modelisations, textures and transitions are less good that what we've been used to see from FarbRaush, but that one is quite refreshing, very long, lot's of variety, and not boring at all in the end :)
Please makes us a new one even better !
