• a definite mixed bag. it looks like MaWi dudes were working on a few demos simultaneously, then got bored and threw all the cool pieces of code and design into this one. the result is as beautyful as it is weird: just when you start enjoying it, another completely different part kicks in, making you go, like, 'wtf?! how does this all belong together?!'..
  anyway, I'll still give it my thumb - at least for some parts.

• our coder Warhawk is a *huge* fan of Shad series and Cocoon style in general. he always wanted to do something similar.. which resulted in Sinum.. 8))
  anyway, this type of demos (or pictures or videos or whatever) is not too much my cup of tea - I seem to have grown out of my gloomy decay-ridden NIN-inspired self-destructing obsessions when I was about 19 y/o. but I still kinda can relate. 8) this demo is a bit overlong and some parts really don't belong there, but the sheer aggressiveness of it still seems to awaken some deeply hidden dark corners of my soul.. 8}

• a mixed bag: starts with some parallax-scrolling city and comics-like pictures, then shows some fx, then switches to 'designish' flatshading-and-abstract-forms style.

• okay software piece, music is a bit flat and background gfx look like some heavily jpeg-compression-raped photos. effects are simplistic (and kinda slow too..) nice overall ambience.

• classic oldskool that's a bit ridiculous to watch now (if you haven't had a happy amiga childhood, that is, like me).. addictive pop soundtrack and good pieces of art improve the overall impression a little.
