- demo Commodore 64 The Awakening by Covenant
- Since the party was recent, I think the linking screens will be fixed in the final version - unless it's an emulator bug (my C64 is nicht wörking). Clearly demonstrates skill level and the absolutely excellent music, for example in the greetings and pyra-shadow parts!

- 512b Windows not this shit again by NPLI
- Sorry, it's just a fact that 8-bit kicked your ass \o/. Try for 64b!

- demo Windows Calcifer by Still [web]
- I almost exited the demo two minutes into the boredom. But I was hoping something would happen soon. Nothing did. This is a lesson in how to blitz technically competent effects into a slow, uninteresting porridge.
I'll rewatch it later and see if it becomes something more than a sleeping pill. - isokadded on the 2013-08-24 17:00:44
- 4k Windows Wishful Twisting by Fnuque [web] & Loonies [web] & TBC
- Mad fab! Fills 100% of the Rulez Meter. Extra credit at the sun syncs for having some kind of instrument instead of gated blips!
Could I ask pretty please with 4K on top for a screensaver for my laptop? :) Would have to be musicless and preferably 1900x1200 but... I collect small intros already as screensavers, it's a good conversation starter when I meet non-demoscene people. - rulezadded on the 2013-08-22 23:04:50
- demo SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive Overdrive by Titan [web]
- It's not a megademo.
But you can tell they had fun making it and I liked the music+game gfx. :) On the effects parts it's the standard parade, but wrapped in some quite nice screens where the gfx 'scored' again. It's unfair to compare the MD to the Amiga hardware, most effects are sprites+playfields and that's it. Still think that vector looked lonesome, though. :) I liked the ISO-fake-perspective-scroll a lot. So simple, yet fresh and effective.
Q: Can the Megadrive stream the music WAV with something automatic or did you have to roll your own with buffers, interrupts etc? - rulezadded on the 2013-08-18 20:32:40
- demo Windows pc-08: dead again by Panda Cube [web]
- needs some visual studio dll?

- demo Windows Violent Nature by Andromeda Software Development [web] & Minimalartifact [web]
- Crashes instantly on HD4870. It's a bit strange with the absence of final non-partyversions on the PC platform, but you would think the bare minimum would be at least requirements in the nfo?

- demo Commodore 64 Wonderland XII by Censor Design [web]
- What, I didn't thumb this up yet!?
I drooled over the cat pic... and it was obvious the originators of the scrollwars effect spent more time playing with it and you noticed the higher quality. (Spirals, Donkey Kong horizon-twist)
Exactly how many bits @ 16kHz? "Higher"? Demo is good enough, no need to be coy ;) - rulezadded on the 2013-08-11 22:48:41
- intro Amiga OCS/ECS Old Cranky Style by Genesis Project [web]
- Very basic as the screenshot tells but welcome & good luck on Amiga to GP :)

- intro Linux Pinguin Powa by Astral Corpuscule [web]
- When will I learn to click latest released prods instead of latest added? :) Not that is good for 1999 either I guess but... :)
