- demo MS-Dos time zone + 13:00 by Eufrosyne
- Great demo all round with a relaxed style. I like demos that end the way they start.

- demo BBC Micro Mode Infinity by CRTC
- That parallax effect at the start was great, I think you need to know a little about the hardware to appreciate (what looks like) 8 colours in normally 2-colour mode 0! Not sure how it was done, but I guess it took some fancy timing and hacking of the display start addr to get the dithering right.
Sorry I was on a boat in deepest, disconnected Wales and couldn't get a backup tune out for you guys or make it to Sundown, seems you made do with an existing tune? I know what a bastard composing for the beeb's PSG is after The Master of Your Old School, the clock speed isn't supported by any tools and additive pitch shifting in the tracker doesn't help with that - the frequency vals in the VGM need to be multiplied by some scaling factor to account for the clock difference. Ugly :S - rulezadded on the 2013-09-15 22:02:50
- demo Windows The Tabernacle by Brainstorm [web]
- Hardcore. Soundtrack is powerful, the sparse visuals and grainy glitches look great. Could live without the text but it's not that important.

- demo Windows primitive beings by Dead Roman
- Colour scheme, DOF and shading all look very nice, reminds me of an STS prod. I like the logo treatment as well.
The VHS bendy screen tearing effect looks like shit (especially at 20fps) and it's been done forever. It wasn't necessary when the rest of the demo is so clean and smooth. Otherwise, thumb. - rulezadded on the 2013-09-15 21:16:03
- demo Windows RedShift by TLM
- Tune+sync is hot. A good deal of the demo was ordinary cubes, tunnels and tunnels made of cubes, though, so I'll give it a piggy.

- demo Windows Apocalypse When by Fairlight [web]
- Very cool, technically impressive. Love the background bokeh effect too as well as the smoke. Shame about the casual horses as stijn said.

- Not my cup, it's ok.

- demo Windows muoto by Traction [web] & Brainstorm [web]
- Nice, cool Mondriaan influence. He seems to be popping up everywhere these days.

How much storage do you need? I have 16gb in the system and 2gb on the GPU. Perhaps this is what's happening when the title scene locks up for 4-5 seconds before the next scene?
Cool demo though, not sure I'm feeling it as much as some people here but then perhaps this technical problem is putting me off. - rulezadded on the 2013-08-26 22:38:46
- demo SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive Overdrive by Titan [web]
- Frantic visuals and music, a lot going on. Music might sell it a bit too hard in some parts (I was relieved when the multiplane checkerboard breakdown appeared), but in general it's awesome and I'd watch more.
Also nice little intro on the video version :) - rulezadded on the 2013-08-26 21:40:57
