• Gargaj: yeah, i agree the execution could be better, for starters the sound was too low (you could barely hear the crackles, should have asked the compo crew to increase it on the PA instead of rising it on my mac). for my gigs i plan to do a build up on the sound that gets the immersion going first, and only then do the words, in 3 minutes it's not enough time to do proper ambient build up and get full immersion on (neither for me as the performer or for the audience), so it was a bit of a compromise. i feel the poem itself is still a bit raw aswell, might turn it into haiku form, might make more sense, or change the visuals a bit more to fit better. but well, work in progress. :)

• this was a live performance with audiovisuals and spoken word.
  sound was looping on jeskola buzz.
  visuals were displayed in browser canvas fullscreen.
  people could connect to special network and url and they would get assigned a parameter which would control something from the audio or visuals.
  
  i've been developing the system that was working as proxy between the audio, visuals and parameter controllers for the past few months, it's open source and called assisted performer, still in a very alpha stage but i prefer the release early release often way, hope others find it useful. :)
