- demo Windows Structure by Ümlaüt Design [web]
- I'd like to make it clear that the part of my post about latest sdks and dos was, infact, sarcastic, and that requiring the latest directx is, of course, perfectly acceptable. Unless you have no internet connection, and can't download it. In which case you really shouldn't be complaining about that here.

- demo Windows Jalousie by Moppi Productions
- i'd like to at least see a final video of what it might have looked like. Other than that... patience is a virtue, but just make it before i die ok?

- demo Windows Structure by Ümlaüt Design [web]
- That's no tree sir, it's a coral!
Also, I'd like to second blala, this really doesn't justify dx9c. It's perfectly possible to make this demo run under dos in software, and that's what I demand, even if it makes the coder's life hell to the extent that such demos are never released.
about the demo... some nice stuff, wasn't super incredible, but nice enough for a rulez. - rulezadded on the 2004-10-07 15:13:48
- demo Windows I am not Holger Speckhahn by Speckdrumm [web]

- demo Windows state 808 - win32 by Shock! & Dilemma [web]
- Pretty decent old rave demo, but i really couldn't help wishing that it had been made by polka brothers :)

- demo Windows Eight scenes of human life by Traction [web]
- surprised me very pleasantly even though it looked unfinished. The first few scenes were really great!

- demo Playstation 2 Aura for Laura by SoopaDoopa [web]
- forgot to say: it looks 100% better on real hardware. Not sure if its the higher quality or if its running at 60fps (probably its the fps) but it works much better. Extra thumb for raizor for the cd version!

- 64k Amiga PPC/RTG Option by Potion
- maybe more impressive, but i liked it a little less that planet potion. Design is missing for a lot of it, and the scenes are sometimes a little poor. But.. the tune is really impressive for 64k, its technically definiately very impressive, and there are a few parts i really liked (like the planes to tunnel fade, the next to last scene was nice too).
Which parts use the 3d hardware tho? only parts i thought were definately hardware were the distorted sphere and the distorting object. - rulezadded on the 2004-09-28 16:39:01
