- demo Windows Art Slices by Solstice [web]
- Corny effects, empty and unpretty 3d scenes, hardly anything remarkable here.

- Ahem, the cpu has not much to do with the reason my this is so freaking slow. Your coding approach is just crap.

- 64k Windows ::crv by Concept [web] & PoLyGoN [web]
- You must be doing something _really_ wrong to make it _that_ slow. :/
It looks like you're reading and writing on the whole(!) backbuffer for each frame to do this (rather dull) pixel distortion effect. This is NOT the way how to do 2d filters on 3d cards. - isokadded on the 2004-07-27 18:45:39
- demo Windows synthematik by Outracks [web]
- Solid, quite good even, but something's missing here. A piggy for now.
Thanks for not using lots of alphalayers.
Too bad that they felt the urge to use noise texture layers instead. - isokadded on the 2004-07-26 09:49:56

- demo Windows Your Fingers So Gently On My Skin by Plastic [web]
- Ok, there was a truckload of work involved. It's all shiny and polished and you can see that this demo wants to be so much more than it eventually is.
The ripped soundtrack (my gosh, the requiem theme from akira, how could you...) distracts me and the partly disastrous character animations make me cringe. Add to that the general eventlessness and the lack of atmosphere (which is badly needed in a slow paced demo like this) and I slowly but surely start to lose interest. Imho, this sort of demo screams for mad direction skillz and a real story. - isokadded on the 2004-07-16 16:24:19
- 64k MS-Dos/gus licht 3 by Haujobb
- Not as cool as the first two in the series, but muffler saves it easily.
