• If I recall correctly you can access the VDP even during display, only with limited speed since the display is stealing cycles. So it is faster to access during VBL, but still possible at other times as well.
  On the Master system (Sega's 8-bit machine) it is a bit worse, there you have to manually keep track on how fast you access VDP during non-vbl time and do the correct delays, otherwise you get garbage gfx.
  The Genesis/Megadrive at least I think handles this internally, so it just delays your VDP access.

• Yeah, just as Visy I will give this a thumb up even if my own work is included. I can say that SvOlli must have put in quite a bit of work patching these demos, sorting the bankswitching etc.

• The scroller is indeed nice, but I get a lot of bugs in this one on my KS1.3 A500 (512/512kb).
  The scroller with the parallax layers flickers, and the ribbon scroller jumps every now and then.
  Weird.

• I love unusual hardware, and this fits the bill, I have never even heard of an ATM Turbo 2 before seeing this! Wolfenstein part is ace.

• Nicely put together little piece! Some great Prowler gfx. I also really like the very last part, the 'xor'-balls part. Perhaps not so technically astounding or innovative, but it just looks plain good!

• Nice, I hadn't actually seen this before. Good to see such a quality relase from the "dark ages" of the OCS after 1993/94 when almost everyone went either AGA or PC.
