- the fonts are actually vector glyphs so if i'd have to make a guess it would be on the assumption of 32bit indexbuffers

- auld: i think you're overestimating the intention here - it's just that while the algo might be completely unrelated, it doesn't look that different, so for the casual viewer (which i decided to be right now) it might as well be the same thing with different coefficients. and since most of the 1k-s already have music, i think it's fairly reasonable to ask for sound.

- nice try but the inspiration smells a mile off, and it has no sound.

- graphics easily come across as the best part, i wasnt really floored by the music but it served the purpose (the piano part was nice), and the effects were fitting, but i felt the problem was that they kindof separated the parts with a really visible *clunk*, everything was too linear and it just made me actually realize that a next effect is coming... not that it ruined the experience, but it didn't really feel the experience was 100% because of that... more like 90% (which IS good, but still, why not greedy if possible? :)

in combination with the fact that Pain was under its own par recently, i think finally we've got some hefty competition going on. - rulezadded on the 2008-02-22 23:56:29
