- saffron: I just browsed through the (no)copy archive once again and I suddenly felt the urge to share my a-ha effect. :) Plus, I had to smile a little reading the 'really awesome gfx' comment above. ;)

- Ripping music sucks, ripping bad music sucks even more. ;) Seems like a lot of work went into this demo, but it's not my cup of tea.

- Erm, first I promised myself to keep my mouth shut here, but let's say a word or 2 about this one. Hope delax won't feel offended and keeps on greeting us. :)
Simply put: This is not my cup of tea and I don't really think it's working as a demo.
The typography is typical sdi style (read: good), the b/w effects are as minimal and clean as in their MS demo "one minute". The timing was also done well.
So far, so good. I think delax was probably a bit over-ambitious about the "meaning" part of the demo. The long scrollers seem overbearing, the music wants to suggest depth, but I somehow don't get the feeling. Also, for a slow paced demo like this, one needs to add more detail to the scenes, to keep the tension.
Exin, ex-members dissing their old mates releases is not really cool to me. - isokadded on the 2002-09-06 16:57:08
- demo Windows Liquid... Wen? by Haujobb
- Well, now that I've seen the 2nd part too (thanks for the fix), I think it's ok to thumb this baby up...
Probably you should consider cutting out the first part completly, since the 2nd one is superior in every aspect (objects, music, flow, post-processing fx). - rulezadded on the 2002-09-06 16:32:31
