- demo Commodore 64 Desert Dream by Resource [web] & Chorus
- it's absolutely impossible that I didn't give this demo a thumb yet. Being a huge fan of the original, my jaw dropped at Breakpoint while my Brainstorm colleagues and I whistled along the tune, sync-precise with every scene and yelled "REVOLUTION" at the correct spot. Greetings to everyone involved in this production. You created a magic moment at Breakpoint!

- demo Windows route 1066 by ukscene allstars [web]
- In my opinion, this is an absolute masterpiece. Brilliant art combined with a top notch soundtrack (you go, Keito!) and Smash's trademark style/effects. To me it feels a bit like this demo was a relief for the creators, most notably for Smash. Less Fairlight-pressure, and more "ah let's screw it, we'll just have a blast" and it seems to me like this has lead to a better result. Top notch, guys. (*applauds*). To me personally, one of the best demos of the year so far.

- diskmag Windows ZINE #12 by Brainstorm [web] & BitFellas [web]
- scicco: thanks for the feedback. Regarding the size of the mag: I don't care. If that means "we don't get it", then so be it. I won't compromise neither audio quality nor amount of tunes, pictures, etc just to appear "cooler" because the file's smaller. But yes, we intend to fix a lot of visual elements for readability, also on lower resolutions, for next issue. We'll also finetune the GUI. And we'll see what we can do for the low-end, no.. wait... for the really crap PC's. :)
francis: Yep, we'll do that in the next issue. - isokadded on the 2007-09-12 18:07:27
