- demo Windows a fire upon the deep by mfx [web]
- A plain beautiful demo. This is something that could be shown on clubs, raves or live vj sets without being ashamed of anything.
Slowly pulsating and emerging visual combined to hypnotic soundtrack creates such mood that only few demos can reach.
And like good wines, this demo gets better with time and I just love it more and more every time I see it. Thank you, MFX. - rulezadded on the 2002-06-16 16:05:02
- 64k Windows fr-019: poemtoahorse by Farbrausch [web]
- and now it works at work with ati rage 128 card. :) seems like geforce isn't everything.
beautiful it is. - rulezadded on the 2002-06-12 10:06:40
- 64k Windows fr-019: poemtoahorse by Farbrausch [web]
- hmm.. i also wonder what it takes to get this baby running. haven't got either the party or final version working at home (win2k+256mb+gf2mx/32mb+28.32 detonators). other fr releases and most of the demos run fine on my setup so this is quite weird... any ideas?

- demo Windows Live Evil by Mandula [web]
- sesse, if it were ranked in top3 in the competition it wouldn't be as popular. now when it was underrated everybody like it and want to thumb it up (moral winner effect :).
as for the demo itself; it has really nice music and gfx, including effect demo style from the mid-90's. not something i'd watch over and over again but then again it is clearly in the better half of the demos released in (Assembly) 2000. - isokadded on the 2002-06-10 09:17:37
- demo Amiga PPC/RTG Heavy Traffic by MadWizards [web]
- z5, hmm can't access that directy neither with ie (asks for authorization) or cuteftp (doesn't want to connect with anonymous login)

- demo Amiga PPC/RTG Heavy Traffic by MadWizards [web]
- z5, set us the bomb (url for the divx version, please).
nice stuff. and if i remember correctly they had problems showing this on big screen and it didn't run in full speed that might've dropped the demo from top3 (where it should've been for sure).
once again. divx, pleeease! - rulezadded on the 2002-06-08 11:38:32
- demo Windows Stigma - win by Doomsday
- And Damaq is definitely not cool but he brings even stranger feeling in this demo. :)

- demo MS-Dos Halo - the illumination by Cobra Creations
- Otherwise a nice one but - oh my - the middle part totally ruins what they build up in the beginning.. Why they didn't let Fatality to take care of the whole demo soundtrack but instead chose that terrible piece of crap by Tonic is out of my comprehension.
So if you just close your ears during the middle part you might like the rest.
btw. Does anyone know how to take screenshot of this babe? It uses some Orange-alike fake rgb mode that really fucked up my RGB (Vthief). - isokadded on the 2002-05-31 09:22:36
- demo MS-Dos Torus Forever by Cobra Creations
- Like the guys say in the infofile, they (as about everybody else) were quite pissed of in toruses after worldwide Torussembly'95.
And Torus Forever hit the nail, though a bit late. There aren't much else than toruses in this demos, if we don't count those few ducks and chrmfaces :). In overall the demo is one big joke but made so well that's it is a pleasure to watch it again and again. - rulezadded on the 2002-05-31 08:56:10
- demo MS-Dos Egg'o Trip by Cobra Creations
- Even if it's short and unfinished demo made mostly at the partyplace it's one nice trip.
Thumbs up mostly for the good music (Fatality kicks ass as usual) and nice idea. On the effect side it's after all just one big (though nicely keyframed) scene. - rulezadded on the 2002-05-31 08:49:17
