- well.. that's a demo that can be finally commented: "Payda learnt how to do it". Every coder has a prod that is proud of in particular, I think this it the subject of pride of Paydead, even after all those years.. even now as he holds some serious shit position and probably doesn't remember how to compile shit around :) good to recover old memories while watching this.

- i'll give it thumb up. this is last norferin demo from the old times and the best from them. It cumulates all the MS DOS experience team has gathered both the nicest and the naive parts of it combined. This would have won 97 competitions.. two years to late, but we know it now. Then it was just what it was.

- Well I met some people close to the band few years ago and what I heard about Burton and team.. I'm pretty sure they'd love the outcome and this would hurt them small. Demo is nice and sometimes demo scene is about _fuck_the_rules_ and this is exactly fuck the rules demo!

- a bit boring while watching without a proper brief but then when I read that it was all done at the party I reconsider. huge amount of work for a short period of time it seems. lacks of animation and true Caillou character (I was triggered by the name as I remember the cartoon, I was showing it to my kid quite recently). Sad the guy behind it passed away already. Not sure what's the story behind the author but seemed to be very talented. Less and less of us, keyboard heroes.

- typical Yoghurt, but on steroids received from the GPU. Clasical tunnels and plane transformations, motion blur. Particles influenced by Unreal's 73secs way of doing it. overused fascination of multi texturing, similarly like in Wonder and finally a proof point that "I can also do the Noon's face effect from an old DOS demo. Great use of talented artists who backed up the project audio-visually but at the end.. very boring and dated these days.. but fuck, it rocked back in the time, beyond comprehension so thumb up stays of course!
