• I said incredibly stupid things in the past, probably way too many to remember them all but after a few years I realized how stupid it was and I somehow grew out of it. No thumb down from me as it was probably a very stupid careless teenager joke and it's pointless to judge it 25 years later.
  
  That being said, it's unfortunately a very good example of why we have so few females in the video games industry for example. I lost count of how many female coworkers told me about the stupid sexist jokes they had to endure at work, the totally unacceptable behavior of some male coworkers at the office, how they had to do twice the amount of work of a male coworker to get the same level or recognition and the promotions, how they had to deal with harassment with usually little to no help, etc.
  
  So yeah, to some people belonging to the Demoscene community composed of 95% (99%?) of males, it might just be a LOL joke that the mean "SJWs" are condemning for no reason, but for some people it's the hard cold reality they have to endure at work every day until they decide to resign to join another industry.
