- Just wow. While it doesn't quite share the elaborate atmosphere some of its spiritual predecessors had, it easily one-ups any of them in the amount of eye candy. That ship scene, still can't believe it exists. Tokyo Demo Fest delivers!
Despite the relative stagnation of the PC scene, the 4k category still keeps evolving. In fact, I think we're firmly at the point where 4ks have matured enough to be comparable to 1998–2001 64ks in terms of both amount and quality of content, and this is a tremendous feat even if we discard the obvious technological advancements that contributed to the possibility. - Despite the age, this demo doesn't feel dated at all, in large part thanks to its confident sense of style and pacing. Distortion effects look very well still, and the soundtrack is similarly solid.

- I absolutely love how chill this prod is. The music somehow reminds me of Donkey Kong Country 2 (not a bad thing at all) and has a really nice 90s feel to it.

- Is this an intentional homage to some of the recent(-ish) Fairlight/CNCD stuff through and through? Because it sure looks like one, down to all the bad aspects. Was about to pig it for that and the music, but that Putin head scene was sorely needed.

- This looks pretty great on high pixel density screens where you can't see all the aliasing. :P The screenshot scene in particular looks impeccable on a 8" z3 tablet.

- The DoF effect was kinda lost on me. The fact that it was implemented at all was cool, but I didn't find it looking cool. There was other good stuff there, though, so a thumbs up regardless.
