- Always great to see the demoscene arrive at a new platform! Extra respect for the work involved (reverse engineering etc.)

- Crashes immideatly for me too (6800LE, 66.93 drivers). I'll wait with the thumbing and see if they release a fix...

- demo Commodore 64 Total Overdrive by Ikari
- He.. I rememer this, one of the first demos I saw when I finally got a discdrive for my C64. Back then I thought it was superb, so I give it a thumb up. In retrospect there probably were better demos out at the time though.

- demo Windows wonder by Sunflower [web]
- Amazing, this demo really was way ahead of it's time, it's hard to belive that it was released well over 5 years ago.

- demo Mobile Phone pioneers of modern economics by Matt Current [web]
- Ran like a charm on my Nokia 6630, best S60 demo I've seen so far!
What's this I hear about there being a second part aswell? If that's the case then gimmegimmegimme! - rulezadded on the 2005-01-16 23:15:43
- demo MS-Dos Perplexity by Noice [web]
- Cool, Munka-Ljungby that's not at all far away from Båstad where I'm from. In '96 I was studying computer science in Linköping though, so I guess that's why I missed the party.

- demo MS-Dos Perplexity by Noice [web]
- grip- : No, I wasn't at the party actually. So you actually saw the demo when it was first shown on the bigscreen? (or whatever they had, pretty small party as I recall it! :))
I can't remember where it took place, was it somewhere in Skåne? - isokadded on the 2005-01-08 11:48:29
- demo MS-Dos Perplexity by Noice [web]
- Wow, the first PC demo I ever coded. Written in Turbo Pascal, with inline asm.
Hehe, look at the screenshot, now that's some serious coder-colors!
Well, crappy as it might be, it was nice to see it turn up here at pouet.

- demo Commodore 64 Demode by Chorus
- Great demo, nice to see that people haven't forgotten how to do real effects (and open the sideborder a bit now and then!).
Real nostalgia to see the Flamingo-style sine-upscrollers, and then *bam* bitmap in the background aswell, cool!
The graphics in this demo were good aswell.
In conclusion, this should clearly have been the winner demo, but since when do people on a party know how to vote? :) - rulezadded on the 2004-10-25 09:36:53
- demo Java Mobile Phone finske delfiner by Loonies [web]
- Many harsh comments here, but it isn't all that easy to do cool demoeffects on a slow phone running even slower J2ME. I checked the source code, and it seems atleast like Nokia provides SOME more functionality compared to straight Midp1.0. I've been coding on a demo that uses only standard Midp1.0, and it sure isn't easy getting anything done. No direct framebuffer access etc.
