- demo Windows halfsome by Carillon & Cyberiad [web] & Fairlight [web]
- This one is really worth a few rewatches. First time I watched it the framerate was too low for my laptop so half the point got lost somehow. Rewatched on video and I thought it was %#¤#%¤ brilliant!

- Nice is the word here. Nice chiptune, nice fx, nice face, nice aligned text with the plane, but a bit messy with the lines drawn on top all the time. Maybe if the wireframe was more stylish. Some sort of simplified wf or outline fx? Word to your mother!

- I like the Giger bumpmaps and this strange world in here. I don't really get that underwater feeling 100% so I'm thinking that it is some sort of vacuum "aquarium" instead. Lots of stuff happening all the time so the show never gets boring. I love the last scene for that weird sense of scale it has. A giant heart and small trains and huge bats? Wtf? But it is cool :) Also I wish the projection was on the entire demo..
The music is cool, but it is all over the place too which makes it very hard to make visuals for I think. It is a bit like music for the sake of music. Sounds like Kaktusen is in some transition phase in his music making.
In my perfect world there would be more Giger bumpmaps, darkness and an overall atmosphere of cold unbreakable doom! That might be just me though :) - rulezadded on the 2007-12-02 01:04:37
