  It's not about the host (if you look at the download URL twice you will see that BeRo hosts the file on his own server), but rather about web crawlers that check the "safety" of websites by searching for malware. The ranking of a website may decrease if it hosts "malware" and browsers may even deny access to the complete website in this case.
