- Beautiful and slow paced journey. Exactly what i needed to start the day. The gfx, the code and the soundtrack work very well together. My personal favorites are the intro screen with its smeary whithe snow-thingie :). Is the house a textured model or a photograph? If its the first, absolutely well done! If its the latter, meh... Should have ranked higher imho.
Need to watch that frame by frame.
By the way. mouse cursor movement spotted at the beginning in the top left corner ;)

- fixed!
Haven't seen the one from nvision before. Nice piece of work, although i find it a little too long. It seems like the attribute "realtime" is a little too abstract for non-sceners to be the first and most powerful argument. Maybe it would pay off to work out a complete concept for a demoscene trailer. - isokadded on the 2011-01-04 15:00:12

- Credits issue in the download version solved. Youtube will follow. I honestly apologize, that shouldn't have happened.

- Great starfield. There is a difference between making something look oldschool and not being able to create "up to date" effects i guess. This is one of the first. What Zyplex said.
Gift appreciated! - rulezadded on the 2011-01-01 13:12:00

- So beautiful, great code and gfx. So coherent. I like that it has at least a small story to bind the effects together. Pure enjoyment.

- musicdisk Linux Windows MacOSX PPC Alien Invasion by Nectarine [web]
- The theme of the musicdisk invoked an expectancy what kind of music may be included in this disk and the opener from lemonade exactly delivered what i hoped for. And there were a few other tracks that delivered a good interpretation in my opinion, namely serpent (the monotoneous track and the journey to the stars), mystra and maybe elrinth (massive damage). I was surprised and, allow me the wordplay, alienated by most of the other tracks, being moreless out of theme for me. Listening to synthpop or trance/techno (i apologize for not categorizing precisely) wasn't what i expected and it took me by surprise. Of course everyone has his own ideas when putting a theme into music and i must admit, most of them appeal to me on an compositional and mixing level. Nevertheless i can't shake the impression that (and i might be totally wrong here) a few of them didn't care for the theme at all.
A nice feature was the ability to read a few lines from the composers. That is something i would enjoy more of. Another thing i liked was the pause-button (sounds funny, but i'm serious.)
And to be totally over the line, i would have loved some more theme-based gfx, fullscreen if possible. Thats what i am probably missing the most, generally speaking. Please, more of this, bigger, better, gfx-isher. - isokadded on the 2010-12-21 19:54:54
