- demo Windows 604 by AND [web]
- Cool demo, sometimes there is just TOO much colorful effects, the screen almost turns white from all the additive blending.. :)
The only thing that's not so good is that the music (which is very good btw.) gets VERY much amplified by the player and sounds like crap. Plays fine in winamp though. - rulezadded on the 2001-08-03 13:32:17

- Ah.. well, guess it worked now :) Anyway, my comments in the original comment was like : nice intro, great texturegenerator, good music blabla. :)

- demo Windows Live Evil by Mandula [web]
- OK, I guess since noone seems to understand why this demo didn't fare well, I'll give my opinion.
The music suck.. BAD! I managed to sit through it once at low volume, now I mute my stereo everytime I watch it. I see that a lot of people here like Jazz, but to me it's just non-melodius, cat-strangling sounds. yuk.
Note, I'm not saying that the musician is bad, it's just JAZZ that is bad.
The code and design of the demo is solid, so not a bad demo otherwise. - sucksadded on the 2001-07-25 15:40:11
- demo MS-Dos Crystal Dream 2 by Triton
- A kickass demo for its time. I still can remember how insanely impressed I was with that fractal zoomer that just kept on zooming and zooming.
And the 3D engine - also a great piece of code. - rulezadded on the 2001-06-07 16:39:47
- demo MS-Dos Into the Shadows by Triton
- Cool! I haven't seen this one in a long while! If I remember correctly, it had some nice shadow-casting routines etc. and it still ran OK on my 486 (or maybe I had my P90, but still..) back then - that's some nice code.

- demo Amiga AGA Perfect Circle by The Black Lotus [web]
- Yep, the tree is an animation, but actually the realtime unpacking routine is some rather nifty work in itself (atleast it seemed that way when Kalms explained it :) ).
All in all a very nice demo. - isokadded on the 2001-04-24 11:54:23
- demo Commodore 64 Mathematica by Reflex [web]
- One of the best demos ever on the C64, just plain amazing code!

- demo Commodore 64 Triage 5 by Smash Designs [web]
- VERY nice code from AEG in this demo (as always).
Some of the routines just made my jaw drop to the floor. - isokadded on the 2001-04-18 11:49:39
