  While the first two months in a year are known to be the post-oscar noms / dumping group season in Hollywood (with few and mostly shitty releases), the demoscene is doing just fine. The Datastorm output alone is pretty impressive this year. :)

• Yeah, the Poltergeist plasma is a cool part, but overall it's a rather dull string of old standard effects with sterile music, lacking charm and details (transitions etc.). Piggy.

• I'm with cryer on this one. It's too basic to get anything out of it. The concept is new(-ish), but the execution lacks any kind of insight or entertainment. A real effect that looks roughly the same on both platforms would be something, but this is really nothing to write home about. :)
